Families that may benefit from additional support and information for their child’s transition from kindergarten to primary school can enrol in the upcoming Family Transition to School program, which will be delivered by the Better Health Network.
Family Transition to School Program – Meeting locally for two hours each week, the program begins in October and has been developed to support families who need assistance with the challenges that may come with enrolment and moving their child from the kindergarten environment to primary school.
Families will receive practical tips from the Better Health Network team in a relaxed environment.
